This website serves as a platform for purchasing license rights to virtual items available on Steam. Please note that these virtual items remain the exclusive property of Valve and are provided on an "as is" basis, with no guarantees beyond the successful delivery of the items. The website reserves the right to refuse service or issue a refund at its sole discretion.
This policy applies to all virtual items sold on the Website.
Refunds are not permitted for orders that have been successfully delivered. This policy applies to all transactions conducted on the website. However, if there is a failure in payment verification or if the order is not delivered within the specified time frame and the customer chooses not to wait any longer, a refund may be considered.
All transactions are final – once a transaction is completed, you will not be entitled to a refund or reversal, in accordance with Steam policies. You cannot cancel the transaction at any stage after confirming it within the Steam system. By proceeding with the transaction, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that once a virtual item transfer is confirmed via Steam, it cannot be undone. If the transaction appears as completed in the trade history, it has been processed by Steam's servers and is final. We are unable to assist with any complaints regarding transactions that have been marked as completed in the trade history.
In cases where delivery cannot be completed, the website will first attempt to provide a replacement virtual item of equal value, quality, and name. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued.
For payouts processed through a payment processor: (i) the privacy policy of the respective payment processor will govern all payments and should be reviewed prior to using the Service, and (ii) the payment processor's refund policy will apply unless otherwise notified by the relevant supplier in advance. You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or additional costs associated with the payout, including those resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with the payment service provider or duties and taxes levied by local customs or regulatory authorities. Any separate charges or obligations arising from your interactions with third-party service providers are solely your responsibility.
We will begin processing your purchase as soon as your payment is approved. While payment confirmation typically occurs within seconds, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
Any delays caused by the payment service provider do not constitute non-delivery and do not entitle you to a refund.
Fraudulent Transactions: If a purchase was made without your authorization and your payment details were used fraudulently, please contact us immediately at support@nexaspulse.com.
We will conduct an investigation, and if the funds are still within our system, we will initiate a refund. However, if the money has already been processed, a refund will not be possible.
When Can I Expect the Refund?
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Typically, a refund takes approximately 15 days to complete, but it will not exceed 45 days under any circumstances. Please note that refunds cannot be issued in cryptocurrency.
